  • Yes. eachr works just as well for a single company as for ten. If you only manage one, the multi-client mode stays in the background, you get a light, readable HR tool built around your day-to-day.

  • Free up to 5 employees on a single client, Pro at €39/month (unlimited clients, up to 50 employees per client), and Enterprise custom beyond. The launch offer locks Pro at €19/month for life for the first 100 signups.

  • Expense reports with automatic receipt reading (the photo fills in the amount, date, and category), time-off management (paid leave, TOIL, sick), multi-client dashboard with one-click switching, and a shared team calendar. Payroll is intentionally out of scope, eachr integrates with your existing payroll tool.

  • PayFit, Lucca, and Combo are built for companies that have their own HR team. If you manage HR for several companies, you end up creating (and paying for) a separate account per client. eachr is built for exactly that case: one login, all your clients.

  • Data is hosted in Europe and eachr is GDPR-compliant. Each company is isolated from the others, no data sharing between your clients. The privacy policy details retention periods and your rights over your data.
