What does an announcement look like for the employee?
It shows on their workspace home, at the top if pinned, marked "New" until they read it. They click "Read" to mark it, and it stays available afterwards.
How do I know who has read?
Each announcement shows "x/y have read" on the admin side, updated with every employee's "Read" click. Useful for an exceptional closure or a health plan change you need to be sure got through.
Which documents can be shared?
Those the whole team should be able to consult: collective agreement, mandatory notices, company agreement, memo, or other. As PDF, image or Word up to 15 MB, with a free label. An employee's own documents (contract, payslips) stay in their vault, not here.
What exactly are perks?
A space between colleagues: an employee proposes a perk (housing, second-hand sale, carpooling, other), with a title and a description. It stays "pending" until the admin approves or rejects it. Once published, every employee of the company sees it on their home.
Does the employee need to install anything?
No. They open their workspace with their personal link, without a password, from their phone or computer. Announcements, documents and perks are on their home.
Is the team email mandatory?
No, it is a box to tick when publishing, with the number of recipients shown. Without the email, the announcement or document simply appears on employees' home.
