You add a client company
From your dashboard, you create a new client account in a few clicks. You can configure employees, import their history, or let the client do it during their trial.

You send the activation link
From the company's workspace, you enter the decision-maker's email. They get an activation link valid for 14 days, pick monthly or yearly billing and enter their card themselves.

You earn your commission, for life
On every yearly or monthly renewal of that company, 20% of the ex. VAT amount billed is yours. You follow the running total in your workspace and send your referral invoice, paid by SEPA transfer.

How does the commission work exactly?
You earn 20% of the ex. VAT amount billed on every client company you bring into eachr, on every renewal (yearly or monthly), for life as long as the company stays subscribed. The running total is visible in your partner workspace.
When and how am I paid?
By SEPA transfer, against a referral invoice for the amount due. Your partner workspace shows in real time the companies activated, the amount billed and the commission earned, with an estimate for those still on trial.
What happens if the company doesn't activate the subscription after the 14-day trial?
A reminder email goes out before the trial ends. If the subscription isn't activated, access is locked until activation and the data is kept. You can resend an activation link at any time.
If I leave eachr, do I keep my commissions?
You keep commissions on the clients you've already brought in, as long as they remain eachr clients. You just can't add new ones.
How does the invitation work on the client side?
From your workspace, you click "Add a company", enter the name and add the employees. When the company is ready to subscribe, you send an activation link to the decision-maker. They pick monthly or yearly, enter their card, and the subscription starts.
And during the 14-day trial, do I have access?
Yes. From the moment you create the company, you have full access to its workspace: employees, modules, time-off policies, expense history, everything gets set up during the trial. Employees and the owner can access it too. On day 14, without activation, access is locked until payment.
I only run one company (mine for example), can I still use eachr?
Yes, but without the partner program which assumes third-party clients. Your single account pays the standard rate, and you handle HR like any company. The multi-client mode stays in the background, ready to activate if you ever start managing other companies.
Do I need a legal structure to receive commissions?
Yes, like any professional income: the commission is paid against a referral invoice, so you need an entity that can invoice (sole proprietorship, LLC or equivalent). If you don't have one yet, sole proprietorship is the simplest to set up in most jurisdictions.
