From your dashboard, you create a new client account in a few clicks. You can configure employees, import their history, or let the client do it during their trial.

eachr generates a Stripe payment link pre-filled with the right number of employees. You send it to the decision-maker at your client, they pay in 2 clicks.

You earn your commission, for life
On every yearly or monthly renewal of this client, 20% of the billed amount lands on your Stripe Connect account. No paperwork, no payment threshold, no time limit.

You earn 20% of the amount billed on every client company you bring into eachr, on every renewal (yearly or monthly), for life as long as the client stays. It's calculated on the ex. VAT amount, paid directly via Stripe Connect.
Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect Express. The transfer triggers as soon as you accumulate €100 in commission, sent to your bank account. You track everything in real time from your partner dashboard.
If the client doesn't pay after their trial, their account goes read-only (data stays visible but no new action is possible). You get a notification, and an automatic email goes to the signatory with a reactivation link. The account is permanently deleted after 90 days without payment.
You keep commissions on the clients you've already brought in, as long as they remain eachr clients. You just can't add new ones.
From your dashboard, you click "Add a client", fill in the basics (company name, number of employees), and eachr generates a pre-filled Stripe payment link. You send it by email or Slack to the decision-maker at your client. They pay in 2 clicks, the account activates immediately.
Yes. From the moment you create the client, you have full access to their dashboard. You can configure employees, set up time-off policies, import expense history, etc. The client also has access and can explore. On day 14, if no payment, the screen locks read-only.
Yes, but without the partner program which assumes third-party clients. Your single account pays the standard rate, and you handle HR like any company. The multi-client mode stays in the background, ready to activate if you ever start managing other companies.
Yes, like any professional income. Stripe Connect will ask for your sole proprietorship, LLC or equivalent business entity info depending on your country. If you don't have a structure yet, sole proprietorship is the simplest to set up in most jurisdictions.
