balances that are always right, a schedule that keeps itself.

The employee requests in a minute, the manager approves, the counters update. Paid leave, TOIL, sick leave and custom types, with French rules built in.

what changes when the counters keep themselves.

One request, one minute

Type, period, morning or afternoon half-day if needed, supporting document when the type requires it. The request goes to the manager, the employee follows the status from their workspace.

Counters that compute

Allocated, taken, left, for every type with an annual credit. Accrual moves month by month, seniority days are added, part-time is deducted correctly.

A readable team

Who is away this week, on the dashboard and in the team calendar. And a clean export for payroll, one line per absence.

How it works

from the request to an up-to-date balance.

  1. The employee requests

From their workspace, without a password. They pick the type, the period with half-days, attach a document if the type asks for it. If the request exceeds the balance, eachr flags it and the manager decides.

  2. The manager decides

They get an email, approve, reject or request a change. The admin can also decide directly. Without an answer, the employee nudges in one click.

  3. The counters move

The approved request goes from pending to taken. What is left is recomputed, taking into account accrual to date, seniority and part-time.

  4. The team and payroll follow

The absence shows on the team calendar and in "Who is away this week". At month end, the export goes to payroll with dates, half-days, number of days and document.

  • Employee workspace with no password
  • Sites and per-site settings
  • CSV and XLSX exports

questions about absences.

what we get asked before switching the module on.

  • Which absence types are handled?

Paid leave, TOIL, sick leave, unpaid leave and special leave are ready. You can add your own (moving, sick child, remote day) and decide whether they draw from a counter. Each site switches on its own types.

  • How are balances computed?

For every type with an annual credit, eachr shows the year's allocation, what is taken (approved requests) and what is left. Accrual to date moves month by month according to the chosen mode, seniority days are added, and a signed adjustment fixes any gap. A request still pending is flagged separately.

  • Business days or working days?

Both, chosen per site: 2.5 days per month, 30 per year in business days, or 2.08 days per month, 25 per year in working days. The mode is set in the settings and applies to every paid leave counter of the site.

  • What about leave not taken by the end of the period?

If carry-over is enabled for the site, the previous year's remainder is carried over up to a cap, with a deadline to take it. It is drawn first on new requests and lost after the deadline. A reminder shows when the period ends, and the carry-over is confirmed employee by employee.

  • Who approves an absence?

The employee's line manager, by email then in their workspace: approve, reject or request a change. The admin can also decide directly, both decisions are possible in parallel. The employee follows the status and nudges the manager in one click if needed.

  • Is part-time taken into account?

Yes. For fixed-day part-time, you set the worked days on the employee record: a non-working day inside an absence is still deducted according to French rules, and annual targets are adjusted pro rata.
