Terms of service

Purpose

eachr is a SaaS HR platform for small and medium-sized businesses, covering expense reports, leave and absence management. It also serves Office Managers, accountants and HR consultants through a dedicated partner dashboard.

Subscription

Using the service requires creating an account and subscribing to one of the plans listed on the Pricing page. The contract is concluded between EACHR and the legal entity or individual subscribing to the plan (the Client).

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any action performed from your account is deemed performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact EACHR immediately at contact@eachr.co.

Availability

EACHR uses reasonable means to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee absolute availability. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or events outside EACHR's control may occur.

Pricing, billing and payment

Current prices are listed on eachr.co/pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

In the event of non-payment, EACHR may suspend access to the service after a formal notice that remains unanswered for 15 days.

Termination

The Client may cancel the subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EACHR may terminate the subscription in case of serious breach of these terms, including fraudulent use, security violations or persistent non-payment.

Client data

Data entered into the service remains the property of the Client. EACHR only uses it to deliver the service.

Upon termination, the Client has 60 days to export their data. Beyond that, data may be deleted, subject to legal retention obligations, notably accounting.

Intellectual property

EACHR retains all intellectual property rights to the software, its interface, its trademark and its content. No rights are granted to the user beyond a personal, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of the subscription.

Liability

EACHR uses reasonable means to deliver a reliable and secure service. EACHR's liability under this contract is capped at the amounts actually paid by the Client over the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

EACHR cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or damage to image.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes

EACHR may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes are notified by email and take effect 30 days after notification.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Dijon.
