How is my exact price calculated?
You pay €6 per employee per month ex. VAT on yearly billing, or €8 on monthly (-25% by going annual). No tiers, no complicated math: you multiply the headcount by the rate, from 1 to several hundred employees.
What happens when I hire or someone leaves?
On every hire, your subscription is adjusted automatically and the difference is prorated against the remaining months. On every departure, a prorated credit lands on your next invoice. It's all real-time via Stripe, no manual step.
What's actually included in the subscription?
The seven modules (expense reports, absences, time and activities, payroll, communication, onboarding and offboarding, HR reminders) and the HR core (employee records, sealed documents, staff register, org chart, exports, employee workspace). Everything we ship next is included too. No paid add-ons, ever.
Monthly or yearly, can I switch later?
Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly any time to unlock the 25% saving. Moving from yearly to monthly happens at your next renewal date.
What if I cancel mid-year?
Your yearly subscription stays active until its renewal date and doesn't renew if you decide to stop. The remaining months aren't refunded: the 25% saving on yearly billing is the counterpart of a twelve-month commitment. If you'd rather keep it month to month, the monthly plan stops whenever you want, at the end of the current month. It's all spelled out in our terms and conditions.
My company is past 100 employees. How does it work?
The rate stays the same, €6 per employee per month on yearly billing, nothing to negotiate. What changes is the support: history import, module setup, manager training. Reach out, we get back within 2 business days.
Any hidden fees (setup, support, training)?
No. No setup fees, email support is included, and we publish documentation and tutorials in the open. The price you see is what you pay.
